Help Center

How to run assessments, interview candidates, and manage your account on Test Utopia.

If you are setting up for the first time, start with Getting started — it goes from an empty account to a scored result in about fifteen minutes.

For companies

Everything on the hiring side: building assessments, inviting candidates, reading results, and running your team's account.

Candidates

If you have been invited to an assessment, the articles below cover what to expect, what is recorded, and what to do when something goes wrong. They are also available from the Help button inside the assessment itself, so you never have to leave it to read them.

For anything about the role, the result, or another attempt, contact the company that invited you — they can see your invitation; we cannot advise on their hiring process.

Developers

The REST API, webhooks, ATS integrations and SSO are available on Professional and above — SSO from Advanced. The guides below cover authentication, the event catalogue, and signature verification; the full endpoint reference is generated from the live OpenAPI specification and linked from the REST API guide.

Still stuck?

Signed-in users can open a support ticket from the dashboard, and we answer in the app. If you cannot sign in, use the contact form.
