You will not see a score

Your result goes to the company that invited you. We do not show it to you, and we do not email you an outcome.

That is deliberate. A number without the context of what the company was looking for tells you very little, and the decision is not ours to communicate.

Nothing is decided automatically

No hiring decision is made by this platform. Nothing rejects you, ranks you, or filters you out on the basis of your score. What happens next is decided by people at the company that invited you.

If they later tell you about a decision, that decision was theirs. Questions about it — including why — go to them.

When you will hear back

Whenever that company's process says. We have no visibility into their timeline and cannot chase them for you.

Can you retake it?

Only if the company allows another attempt. Ask them.
